Before Spatial Holistic Assemblies Ltd. was founded, Iker Mugarra Flores worked at UNStudio Asia as an Architect/Associate. He worked on this project from Design Development Stage until early Construction Stage as part of UNS.

During this period, he was responsible of the theatre´s interior Technical Package, Advance Geometries, Digital Workflows and the theatre’s BIM LOD300. He worked on the LT, MT and ST theatre’s panelization, as well as in the most complex pieces of the theatre, which were the LT and MT acoustic ceilings, providing design, optimization, rationalization and scheduling logics for panels codification (DFMA).

Shortly after founding Spatial Holistic Assemblies Ltd.  Iker was appointed by UNS to carry on working on the Lyric Theatre-West Kowloon Cultural District as an external consultant providing support on site (Construction stage) for complex geometries (DFMA), theatre coordination and syncing different interfacing packages within the theatres like the overall theatres structural acoustic shell seal, theatre technical operation package, acoustic package, and architecture interiors package.
